The girl is maybe trying to imitate someone or she is also trying to frighten the boy woh is face to her. In spite of that, the boy not seems to be afraid by this imitation, he his delighted, he smiles. I think it's a joke between them.
the girl is trying to frighten him... she was talking to him and he was looking somewhere else so she grabbed her hands and shouted at him rising her hands high and said "hellooooooo are you with me?i am talking to you,so listen to me as i do when you speak to me !!bouuuuu" but the man smiles and doesn't bother a lot !
to mymind she's telling her last nightmare about a horror film she has seen or she's trying to imitate one of her teacher when he is angry. the boy doesn't look frightened so the girl looks silly
Have you seen this "Friends" funny episode?? When Ross tries to show how a dinosaur shout to his students. This girl remind me this episode, Ross puts his hands like that and shout like a dinosaur maybe she trying to imitate him!

To my mind,I tink the man's drinking during a freedom's afternoon without any course in the university... and she was speaking with this girl, when she saw an other person behind the boy that she knows.. and she wants to make laugh this other person ... and the boy thinks it's for him !!!!

I think the girl is telling the story of the film she had seen the day before. she is trying to convince the boy that the film is great and that he should go and see it.For that, she imitates an acteur and explains what happened. the boy is smiling so perhaps the girl has succeded and he finally acceptes to see the film.

i'd tend to think that the girl is imitating somebody that they both know. That could be somebody who has a scaring face....
